Happy Monday! I hope that y’all had a good weekend, and what better way to start off a work week than making a snack you can bring to work? On weeks where I’m stressed at work, it’s definitely tempting to eat a bunch of unhealthy food. It’s on those weeks where I like to make a lighter snack that doesn’t feel guilty. Trail mix is for more than just hiking, it’s something that goes well at work at well! Many trail mixes include pretzels or pita chips, so I wanted to use Glutino honey mustard pretzels as a substitute in this mix.

In high school and college I loved the taste of honey mustard pretzels, and Glutino nails both the taste and the texture. After mixing the pretzels with the rest of the mix, the honey mustard coating mixes with the rest of the trail mix and creates a nice blend between salt and sweetness.

Glutino Trail Mix


  • 1/3 cup dried cherries
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews
  • 1/2 cup toasted whole almonds
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Glutino honey mustard pretzels


  1. Put everything together into a bag and toss together until the ingredients are well distributed.
