This past Geek Food Friday I posted a video for gluten free sugar cookies with royal frosting icing. Here’s the associated flour blend that I like to use for cookies, and be sure to check out my YouTube channel for the video recipe!
This yields 2 1/2 cups of gluten free cookie flour.
- 1 1/2 cups sweet rice flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tsp guar gum
- Blend the ingredients well together and store in an airtight container.
